Programme overview

On the Technology Summer Internship, you’ll shape the future with confidence by helping corporate and private equity clients assess technology risks and identify value creation opportunities. You’ll work in high-performing teams on fast-paced transactions and transformations, gaining exposure to a range of sectors and service offerings. What you will be doing

• Assess the target business’ technology landscape including technology strategy, software products and platforms, IT applications and infrastructure, technology costs and conduct cybersecurity risk assessments.  
• Gain exposure to the deal/investment “engine” including the diligence and valuation process, bidder meetings and the deal negotiation process.  
• Assist with wider practice development tasks from recruitment through to learning and development as well as business development activities such as preparing pitches and presentations.  
• Work on a wide range of pre-deal service offerings.  
• Develop your skills through hands‑on experience and coaching. 

Please note: Due to UK policies, you must be based in the UK for the entire duration of the programme.
