Application Deadline Tracker
Know what is due before it is due
An online test closes tomorrow, an interview is on Thursday and a spring week shuts on Friday. The deadline tracker puts all of them in one list, most urgent first, so nothing slips.
Upcoming (5)
This weekEvery round you add with a date feeds the Upcoming list on your dashboard: application deadlines, online assessments, video interviews and assessment centres, across every application. Dates are shown relative to today, and with Pro they sync to your own calendar.
Everything due this week, in one list
The Upcoming panel pulls every dated round from every application into one list. Each row shows the round, the role and firm, its status and a badge counting down the days.

Urgent items stand out
Badges go red two days out and amber within five, so the thing you need to do today is the first thing you see. Switch between this week and later to plan ahead.

Frequently asked questions
How do I keep track of graduate scheme deadlines?
- Add each application with its deadline, and add rounds with their dates as invites arrive. LucidTrack's Upcoming list sorts everything by what is due next across all your applications, and Pro can sync it to your calendar.
Where can I find 2027 graduate scheme and vacation scheme deadlines?
- LucidTrack's job board lists open graduate schemes, internships and spring weeks across finance, technology, consulting, law and engineering, with each closing date shown, closest first. The ones you apply to join your deadline list, alongside every test and interview that follows.
What is a rolling deadline?
- A rolling deadline means the firm reviews applications as they arrive and can close the role before the date it advertised once it has enough candidates. Treat the advertised date as the latest you could apply, not the target.
Will LucidTrack remind me before a deadline?
- Your dashboard shows what is due with relative dates and colour-coded badges. With Pro, calendar sync puts deadlines and rounds in your calendar, so your calendar's own alerts remind you. LucidTrack does not send reminder emails.
Which calendars does calendar sync work with?
- Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook, through a calendar subscription you add once.
Is the deadline tracker free?
- Yes. The Upcoming list is free. Calendar sync is part of Pro.
What happens to a round once it is done?
- Rounds you have given a status drop out of the Upcoming list so it only shows what still needs doing. You can bring completed and submitted rounds back into view with a toggle.
Can I track online assessment deadlines separately from application deadlines?
- Yes. Each online assessment is its own round with its own deadline, so it appears in the Upcoming list on its own line.
