Year 2 – Specialisation and Career Pathway
In your second year, you’ll choose a specialisation within Change Delivery or Supply Chain. This tailored approach supports your career goals and prepares you for a confident transition into your next role.

What are we looking for
The one essential requirement is that you’re currently in the final year of your undergraduate degree, completing a postgraduate qualification, or have already graduated. Your degree can be in any subject.
Skills that will help you thrive:
Enjoys solving problems and finding better ways to do things.
Is organised, adaptable and comfortable managing competing priorities.
Builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively with others.
Communicates with confidence and clarity.
Is passionate about improving outcomes for customers and making a positive impact.
Is curious about how businesses grow and evolve, and interested in how AI can help transform the way we work.
Combines creativity with analytical thinking and learns quickly.
Thrives in a team environment and is ready to take ownership and responsibility early in their career.
Right to work: Please be aware that Sky do not offer sponsorship for this role, employment is contingent on you having a valid right to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme. You can find information on the length of our programmes on the website.
Your application journey
Here’s what to expect, step by step:
Step 1 – Apply online
Tell us a bit about yourself — your details, your degree, and anything else you think we should know (like part-time jobs, volunteering, or cool projects you’ve worked on).
Once you hit submit, keep an eye on your inbox (and your junk folder!) — we’ll send you a link to start your digital assessments.
Please note, you can only apply to one programme per year.
Step 2 – Show us your skills
You’ll complete two online assessments that help us get to know you better - how you think, what motivates you, and how you might fit into the programme.
Don’t worry — you’ll get a chance to practice first, and we’ll send you tips to help you feel confident.
We understand that you might want to utilise AI to support your preparation for taking the assessments – understanding Sky etc. But we ask that you complete the assessments themselves without the assistance of AI.
Want to go a step further? Check out our Preparation Hub — it’s packed with practice exercises, insights into the assessment process, and stories from current grads and apprentices. You’ll even learn more about your values, learning style, and the kind of work that suits you.
Step 3 – Virtual Assessment Centre
If you make it to the final stage, we’ll invite you to a virtual assessment day. You’ll take part in a range of activities designed to show us how you think, solve problems, and work with others — all while getting a real feel for what it’s like to work in Business Operations at Sky.  We'll let you know when to expect a decision once the assessment day has taken place.
Need Support? If you need us to make any adjustments to help you complete any stage of your application, let us know when you submit your application and someone from our Early Careers team will get in touch if we need more detail.
Where developing you begins
At Sky, your development starts from day one. Through personalised skills discovery, future-focused learning and real-world experiences, you'll build the confidence and skills to thrive. Along the way, you'll be supported by a dedicated Early Careers team, experienced mentors, buddies and managers, giving you the guidance, network and opportunities to make the most of your career from the very start.
So why wait?
This is your chance to be part of something big. Our graduate programme puts you right at the centre of the action — learning, growing, and helping make the magic of Sky happen every day. No matter your background, interests, or degree subject, there’s space here for your ideas and ambition.
A career at Sky is where better begins — and it starts with you.
Got questions? We’re here to help. Drop us a line at earlycareers@sky.uk
If your application is successful, your offer will depend on passing a Criminal Record Check

We may close for applications earlier than 15th November due to high volumes, however this programme will not close any earlier than 1st November 2026.
