Programme overview

On the Extended Assurance Summer Internship, you’ll shape the future with confidence by helping financial services organisations manage risk, strengthen governance and meet regulatory expectations. You’ll work in collaborative, high‑performing teams across a range of assurance and advisory engagements, using data, technology and professional judgement to deliver insights clients can rely on. What you will be doing

• Work on assurance and advisory engagements, understanding client challenges and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse risks and controls using data, technology and professional judgement to deliver meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with EY teams and clients across financial services.
• Develop your skills through hands‑on experience, coaching and structured learning on real projects.

• Programme length: Four weeks. Please note: Due to UK policies, you must be based in the UK for the entire duration of the programme.
