On the People Consulting Summer Internship, you’ll shape the future with confidence by supporting organisations to transform how they work through their people. You’ll work in teams using insight, technology and innovation to address workforce challenges and deliver lasting change. As a Shaper of the future, you’ll build core skills while contributing to meaningful outcomes for clients and their people.

What you will be doing

• Working across a range of capabilities including: Workforce Advisory, Talent, and HR Transformation & HR Technology.
• Working on people-focused projects across areas such as change, culture, workforce strategy and HR transformation. 
• Using research, data and insight to understand workforce challenges and support recommendations for clients. 
• Collaborating with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions that help people and organisations thrive. 
• Developing your skills and experience by contributing to meetings, reports and presentations.

Please note: Due to UK policies, you must be based in the UK for the entire duration of the programme.
