Meet Our Founders
Three students on a mission to transform the application journey

Technical Co-Founder
Harry Barnish
Harry is a technical co-founder with nearly two years of hands-on experience in early-stage start-ups prior to entering university, including work at a climate biotech company. His previous roles centred on designing and implementing internal software systems for high-throughput laboratory operations, complemented by the development of custom electronics for instrument control and automated experimental workflows. His contributions spanned workflow orchestration, data-pipeline engineering, and the creation of tooling to enhance experiment management. He brings a strong interest in sustainable technology, shaped by his experience in climate biotech, where engineering precision was central to building efficient and responsible systems. He applies that same rigour and systems-driven mindset to his work on LucidTrack, where he builds structured, technically robust tools that help students navigate complex application processes by giving them clearer access to the support, information, and organisation needed to progress with confidence.
